In 2018, two friends, John and Erik, embarked on an exciting venture that would bring the flavors of Latin America to their home town, Akron Ohio. John, hailing from Latin America, with a background in military and paramedic services, was driven by a desire to make a positive impact alongside his passion for authentic Latin cuisine. Erik, with a background in the fine dining food service industry and armed with financial and business acumen, complemented John's passions by ensuring the smooth operation and growth of the business. Together, they laid the foundation of Johnny Lótes Latin Street Corn, with a shared commitment to prioritizing customer and employee satisfaction. |

Henry's CreameryHeather and Justin Girves started Henry's Creamery in the Fall of 2019. The idea of starting an ice cream business was born on a whim a couple of years earlier, which inspired the couple to begin dreaming up flavor ideas and crafting them with their Kitchenaid (C) countertop spinner.
Henry's Creamery is committed to using the highest quality ingredients available. Local A2 cream and milk from Amish Country, certified organic eggs, and sugar form the base of all of their ice creams. In addition, Henry's uses certified organic and local products whenever possible, and refrains from using any fillers, corn syrup, or any artificial ingredients.
