Join Us for a Heartwarming Evening of Giving Back
Every year, the Copley and Fairlawn Fire and Police Department Unions and Associations come together to support local families in need during the holiday season. These families are identified through an application process managed by the Copley Township SAC Committee members, coming from participants in the Copley-Fairlawn School lunch assistance program. We believe in making the holidays brighter for those in our community who may be facing challenges.
To raise the funds necessary for this important cause, our dedicated firefighters will become volunteer bartenders at "The Town Tavern," located at 125 Montrose W. Ave, Copley, OH 44321. We invite you to be part of this special evening:
Event Details:
On the night of the event, we will also host a LIVE ONLINE auction featuring generously donated items. If you'd like to contribute by donating an item or gift card/certificate, please drop your donation off at the Copley Fire Department or call us at 234-738-4812 with any questions. Your support is invaluable.
All proceeds, donations, sponsorships, and tips collected during this event will be used to assist our Copley/Fairlawn neighbors in need, helping cover the costs of the holidays. All donations are tax deductible.
A significant portion of our funds comes from the generosity of local businesses and sponsors. As a token of our appreciation, a limited number of businesses and sponsors will have their names prominently displayed on the event t-shirts. Only 40 individual slots are available, including 2 full sleeve printing slots at the Executive Sponsorship Level. Here are the sponsorship levels:

Make all checks payable to Copley Fire & Rescue Assoc. Share-A-Christmas and mail them prior to this date (local pickup can be arranged upon request). All sponsorship levels will include recognition on the Copley Fire & Rescue Association website, Facebook pages, and the auction site.

The 2023 SAC T-Shirt!
We are currently working with our designer to select one of these 3 versions.
The Share-A-Christmas Logo and sponsor names will appear the same on any shirt.
Sponsor names will be added to the rear of the shirt and one name on each sleeve. All shirts are long-sleeved.
Share-A-Christmas T-Shirts will be available AGAIN this year! The shirts will be available at the event on 12/6 @ the Town Tavern in Copley. Additional shirts will be available after the event as well.
Only a limited number of spots (40) are available for the shirt.
Anyone wishing to be listed on the T-Shirts must submit their sponsorship prior to November 20th, 2022, at 5:00pm.
All those who donate after the spots are filled will still have their business or personal name listed on our social media and at the event as indicated above.
